There are cases we need to access an external app in external networks.

Right now, we only either have the option to globally set the http_proxy environment variable for that OS user (and inside crontab)
or
to build a script to mimic the access and pass the output through zabbix_sender

This forces us to have a multitude of scripts for Web monitoring of sites that are in different geo-regions.
