Is it possible to implement timezone support for each maintenance interval?
It's critical for timezones with DST.
Example: one host has maintenance interval in timezone America/New_York(with DST), another one in Europe/Moscow (without DST).

ZBX-4437 Recurring maintenance periods are correct only for server's time zone. It's not very clear when using frontend on different time zone.
