Allow to override configuration of hosts created by Auto registration if someone made changes manually.

Example:
Host gets registered and template A is assigned based on Action configuration.
Someone manually links Template B and C
Next auto registration runs, and unlinks template B and C, leaving only A because it is mentioned in Action operations
