Drop support of Internet Explorer 11

      Internet Explorer 11 support in Zabbix 5.0.0 will be discontinued.

      The code associated with this browser should be excluded from our code base. A “Browser Warning” screen should appear when Zabbix opens from IE11.

      Documentation should be updated to replace Internet Explorer with Edge in the Requirements page.
