Add possibility to automaticaly translate items and triggers on language selected for user in UI.

So if user has english interface, he sees english item names and english triggers, if he uses russian or other interface, he sees russian or other language names and triggers.

 

Suggestion to get this is to have additional fields for item and trigger names in DB and UI. Default value in DB may be null. In UI make button to add translations. When translation is added, corresponding field in DB can be updated.
