I made the functions for following,
i) alerter queue size
ii) average queue size per alerter process
iii) average queue size per preprocessing worker process

Now we do not have the way to know alerter queue size, in spite of existing of preprocessing queue size.

Because I think that the ratio is more important than simple size, I added two ratio items.
