Steps to reproduce:

1. API call to usermacro.get with filter by "value" return all macros.
2. API call to usermacro.get with search by "value" return all macros.
3. API call to globalmacro.get with filter by "value" return all macros.
4. API call to globalmacro.get with search by "value" return all macros.

Result:
API ignore "value" field.

Expected:
API allow to filter and search by macro "value" for macro with type not secret text.
