Since there is a possibility to discover hosts not only via network discovery, but via LLD rules execution, i.e. for VMWARE, or Hyper-V and SCVMM. The possibility to get notified in a similar to network discovery about a new discovery can be quite crucial.
Please consider to add this new feature.
