Hi,

Not an expert in Zabbix, let me explain what im looking for.

I have created a trigger with "Allow manual close" enabled.

Whenever i close this problem manually, a new same problem triggers in the dashboard.
Closing that triggers a new problem and so on.
So, what is the best procedure to close a problem manually that wont create a new one. 
Kindly explain i details.
