Steps to reproduce:

1. Add host with trigger maintenance via tag
2. Go to the problem view

Result:
You have the maintenance icon next to the name of the host
Expected:
It's a non-sense, only the trigger has a maintenance, not the host. There is not difference between a maintenance host level and a maintenance trigger level (with tags). The icon should be next to the name of the trigger.
