Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Global Macro, for example: {$MY_GLOBAL_MACRO} : https://mysupportsite.example.com
2. Create a Webhook Media Type
3. Use the Global Macro in the Menu entry URL, for example: $MY_GLOBAL_MACRO}/example/{EVENT.TAGS.issueKey}
4. Apply the Webhook Media Type to a User
5. Configure an Action to send to the User via the Webhook
6. Wait for the Action to trigger
7. Check on the Problem
8. Click the Problem name
9. In the LINKS option, click the Menu Entry Name
10. A message pops up, informing you that "Provided URL "{$MY_GLOBAL_MACRO}/example/MYISSUEKEY-9999" is invalid.

Expected:
The global macro is honoured and the Menu Entry URL works as a link to https://mysupportsite.example.com/example/MYISSUEKEY-9999
