We need to enrich event/problem with additional information based on item values and inventory data. Therfore; it would be great if it will be possible in a further release, that we can use additional ITEM values/MACROS within operational data / description in triggers like it is possible within Action definition.

Or is ther currently a other way to get this additional information to the operational data/description field of a problem shown in problem details.
