Summary

Currently the list of dashboards does not provide any information about ownership, therefore I cannot see if a dashboard was created by myself or someone else. It should be improved.

Acceptance

1. The list of dashboards must be extended in order to display that:
   1. a dashboard was created by myself (kind of "my" dashboard)
   2. a dashboard is shared with other people (public or private+sharing enabled)
   3. Possible implementation:
      1. "Dashboard name"  [my] [shared]  # "my" and "shared" styled as problem tags using some nice color
2. A filter must be implemented for the list of dashboards with the following filtering options:
   1. Name: filtering by dashboard name
   2. My dashboards: ability to select my dashboards only, unchecked by default

Use cases

1. I want to see clearly my dashboard in the list of dashboards
2. I want to see clearly if my dashboard is shared with someone else in the list of dashboards
3. I have tons of dashboards and want some filtering options
