Allow usage eventlog related macros in operational data

      Zabbix has multiple {ITEM.LOG.*} macros related to Windows Event Log, these macros are available only in Trigger-based notifications and commands and Problem update notifications and commands and Latest data (history view). It would be great to have these macros support in Operational data (and trigger name).
