      When using LLD it's common to apply units by macro, and then Zabbix automatically adds a prefix, so if an LLD item is 12345mV, Zabbix will report it as 12.345KmV.

      Rather than blacklisting units, it would be good if an option existed to aggregate the prefixes so that 12345mV just becomes 12.345V
