Expression macro

A new macro type will be added to support formula calculations. The macro will start with '{?' and end with '}'. This macro must be supported in trigger event name field. This macro must support numeric formatting function fmtnum . Expression macro will be calculated by expanding all macros inside and evaluating the resulting expression. In the case of errors expression macro will expand to *UNKNOWN* .
