It would be very useful to get some options loaded from the config file.

Use case:
We have a Zabbix server that is used by different departments.
We have a lot of Zabbix proxies controlled by those departments separately.
We have some policies for proxy configuration, e.g. ProxyLocalBuffer=24 and ProxyOfflineBuffer=72 (and the policy can change later).

We need to control such settings constantly via internal checks

As I can imagine it could be done like this:

zabbix[config,ProxyLocalBuffer]
zabbix[config,ProxyOfflineBuffer]
zabbix[config,StartPingers]
zabbix[config,StartTrappers]

Type of information = type of parameter.

Triggers could help us to catch proxies that are not configured properly.

P.S. some of the parameters should be hidden for security reasons, such as DBHost, DBUser, DBPassword, etc.
