Steps to reproduce:

1. Create master item with two dependent items and trigger with expression containing boh of them, e.g. dep_item1 = dep_item2.
2. Enable monitoring, both dependent items having the same values.
3. Change output from master to change both dependent items the same way, so the result is, that both dependent items having values still equal.

Result:
Trigger generates the problem and resolves it at the same time.
Expected:
Trigger expression evaluation after both dependent items update. No problem generated.

NOTE: Tested on sevrver-only setup. Not tested with proxy, but it should work equally, as I see it.
