Introduce XML parser to JS preprocessing / script item / webhooks

      Currently, there is no built-in XML support in the ducktape (JS engine used in script items / preprocessing / webhooks).

      Multiple services return data in XML format and it requires creating some custom logic in JS. Adding built-in XML support will greatly improve the possibilities to work with the XML based services.
