Could be a very nice idea to add (or enhance) an Item Trapper to manage incoming RestAPI (or tcp message in general) like we already do with "Item Trapper" and "Item SNMP Trap".

There are a lot of user scenario:

• Automation Hook sent from other systems
• System a forward notification using RestAPI
• IoT device sent specific TCP messages

Most of the modern technology are using the RestAPI to brodcast message (like Zabbix Webhook).
