At the moment the information from services_times is only used by the frontend for report calculation purposes.

The rows are inserted into service_alarms regardless of the Service times defined by user.
This makes it impossible to use same trigger for different SLA tree nodes and have overall SLA calculated properly. Every serviceid will have a row in service_alarms when the associated trigger fires.

It'd be great if the data from services_time would actually be taken into account when populating service_alarms.
