When adding a new media type, by default there are no message templates added.

Right now it is waaay to common to troubleshoot 'why aren't there any notifications sent out' scenarios, just to discover that the default zabbix configuration does not work unless clicking 14 times (max) on 'add'.

While I get the point where it is logical to create a new media type without any template on it, i would like to see a bit more user friendly approach: When adding a new media type, all message templates are present by default and can be changed if needed.

This way, when one adds the new media type it just works out of the box and customisation is supported.
