It would be great if on status change to disable (or any status change for that matter) on a host, item, action there would be mandatory form to fill, with commentary from a user who is making change, to determine why this or that was disabled.

Data would contain username, date and time (when change was made) and commentary.

Additionally field where date and time for turning back on would be stored. So for example it would be possible to create a trigger which will inform that some item must be enabled back on.

Adding tags to a form for filtering would be good addition also.
