In Action -> Operations, it's possible to create escalations for sending notifications. Example: if a trigger was fired 4 hours ago and there is no resolution yet, Zabbix will send notifications for managers group to be aware of that problem.
It would be useful if Zabbix allowed to configure recovery and update notifications for managers group only for problems that were previously escalated.
Use case: A problem was escalated (sent notification) to managers group after 4 hours without receiveng an ACK. Recovery and update operations would only be sent to managers group for problems that were previously escalated to managers group. Today, if I configure managers group to receive recovery and update notifications, they will get any message, regardless if they were escalated or not.
