Unable to delete associated hosts in maintenance

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Have a host
      2. One maintenance where it only one host
      3. try to delete that host

      Result:
      See screenshot...
      Expected:
      Disconnect host from maintenance and delete it, and maybe maintenance aslo could be removed.
