Zabbix Agent 2 Oracle Multitenant support

      The Oracle non-CDB architecture is deprecated since 12c and desupported in 20c. Zabbix Agent 2 is using DBA_ tables to get the information of the tablespaces and users. In a CDB database you will only get the tablespaces and users of the CDB itself and not of the PDBs. To get all the information the tables CDB_ exist, which will also work for a non-CDB database. So please change the sql statements accordingly. A patch is attached.
