When creating Jira Webhook (or any other) and fill menu entries fields
Create Second similar Jira Webhook (for testing o developping, for example)
Create action to use first Webhook
Create trigger and bring to a problem. Jira webhook will work
On problems page click on problem name and you will see two identical menu entries

Same result if problem already exists and you clone webhook. Second menu entry will appear

Expected result:
Users want to clone different webhooks for different configurations of 3rd party systems, the easiest way to do it is by cloning. The tags should only be checked for systems that are taking part in escalation process.
