Support CIDR notations on Zabbix Agent configuration

      I would like to set a "CIDR notation" on "Server" parameter to accept requests from an entire IP range.
      eg: Server=192.168.0.1,192.168.0.0/24

      My suggestion is alter zbx_tcp_check_security() function "libs/zbxcomms/comms.c" to support CIDR notation
