Show Trigger top 100 in email via PDF

      Since version 5.4 comes with brilliant reporting functionality, it would be nice to send the most sensitive Top 100 triggers via PDF.

      Please create a new widget type "Trigger top 100" which can be used in Zabbix dashboard.

      The widget must contain similar data as currently represented in "Reports" => "Trigger top 100".
