Allow {$MACRO} user macros in item/item prototype for field 'Log time format'

      When creating log[] agent items it would be flexible it we could define a user macro and use this in the field 'Log time format'.

      This way when time formats differ for a specific logfile over several servers you would just override the user macro with that servers specific format.
