In some environments where event acknowledgements are used, there is a need to log certain know errors when they occur. However, acknowledging these events is tedious. I would like to request that an 'acknowledge' operation is added to the actions.

This would allow to acknowledge an event on trigger status problem or even trigger status ok (or any other action event for that matter).

A template message which supports macros would need to be added automatically to the acknowledgement.
