zabbix/zabbix-snmptraps:ubuntu-4.0-latest doesn't run if IPv6 disabled on host

The container would exist shortly after start (noting a problem with port 1162 udp but is vague about ipv6) if you do not comment out (or remove) snmpTrapdAddr udp6:1162 in the /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf.  This happens is the host has IPv6 disabled.  The work-around is to copy the file to the host, modify it and modify the docker run to map the file.
