I used to misuse the Description field in items/triggers for my 'technical' quick documentation, for example when making an SNMP template, the itemkey is always the OID but in the description i wrote down the MIB so it was rather fast to see which MIB it was coming from, and what the OID actually means, or writing down the UserParameter stuffs. Same with extensive triggers, making a short description what it was about. ( See screenshot)

Some time ago, that description field became visible in latest data and problems view, to help out users: describing what the item does, or what to do with a problem event.

A nice improvement, but I don't have a place left anymore for my quick technical pointers in the items/trigger. 
 
I would love to see 2 description fields:
1 as it is right now, and a new one for internal remarks about the item and the trigger(so the old situation)
