In the name of the event we can reffer to items values as described in https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/en/manual/config/triggers/expression#example-17

 

There is no posiblity to extract part of a string that comes in the item value. as is possible to do in the tag value.

 

In traps there are parts that will be good candidate for the event name.
