We should introduce a new item type alongside numeric and textual data: binary data. We could then extend our agents to support gathering information from Web cameras. Gathered images can then be put on maps and screens, so that faces of all employees are visible. Triggers can be extended to support face recognition. Alerts can be sent to managers if an employee is not present at his computer or his facial expression shows he is not working hard enough.
