Navigation tree don't take into account the host in maintenance in counters

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Map with host win and without maintenance
      2) add widget navigation tree

      Result:
      if host has problems in maintenance it also counted in navigation tree

      Expected:
      Probably it should be filtered (configurable).
