Situation, after ZBXNEXT-6923 is a 3 node cluster:
1) active
2) standby
3) standby

Now i want to failover to a specific node. This is not possible currently.

i.e: i want to failover to node 3. In order to assure it i have to:

• login to node 2
• shutdown node 2 server process
• login to node 1
• shut down node 1 server process
• confirm failover took place to node 3
• back to node 2, and start the server process again

Although it's not a big issue to do this with a 3 node cluster but it's becoming problematic with 4 or 5 nodes, so it would be nice to have the equivalent of 'pcs resource move' or 'pcs resource relocate', just to have more control about the behaviour.
