Map usability would be greatly improved if Zabbix could accommodate line segments. This can currently be done using a small image and making multiple links, but it makes line status indicators too cumbersome. Zabbix should allow a link to contain at least one segment. It could be configured by adding x and y position for midpoint on the link, and ui could allow context menu action to "Set midpoint" and also should allow drag and drop of midpoint. This would dramatically improve flexibility when using zabbix for system diagrams.
