Improve current generic java templates with GC and Memory pool discovery

      Currently latest official template "Generic Java Template" has 33 JMX agent items which isn't work for some Java application.

      It would be great to improve this with discovery through imx objects.

      Attached template which discover memory pool and Garbage collector things.
