Generate tag prototypes where you specify a vector to create several tags for the host, item and triggers

In the item prototype, epecify the property for the tags, in this example "{#TAGS}", and the values in this property for the name and value for the tags, in this example "{#TAGNAME}" and "{#TAGVALUE}". The same for trigger and host.
