Exclude function "strftime()" from zabbix frontend as it is deprecated in php8

      Function strftime() is deprecated in php 8.1 and should be rmoved from zabbix frontend:

      Function strftime() is deprecated [zabbix.php:22 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → ZBase->processResponseFinal() → CView->getOutput() → include() → CScreenProblem->get() → CScreenProblem::addTimelineBreakpoint() → CConfigFile->{closure}() in conf/zabbix.conf.php:113]
