Currently Template level tags are only inherited by events

It would be nice if tags were inherited by items as well. In that way filtering items in "Latest data" would be way easier and consistent

For example take a host with 3 templates applied:

• Apache with tag "target: apache"
• MySQL with tag "target:mysql"
• PHP-FPM with tag "target:php-fpm"

It would be nice to filter all apache items in latest data using tags, without using the "Name" filter that may or may not get all the items of that application
