This ticket is part of ZBXNEXT-7680. It's aim is to provide a collection of general usability improvements that can be done on the Zabbix maps.

1. Change the minimum severity selector in the map properties to a selector to give us the option to select any number of the severtities available. (for example just Warning and Disaster)
2. Add that maps provide a dynamic width and height based on icon/object placement. Static width and height should become an optional selection.
3. Add that additionally to background images we can change the background to different colours from a RGB selector.
4. Icon highlight format (circle,size, etc) should be configurable
