With a focus on providing a better audit log starting from Zabbix 6.0 and improving it even further in 6.2 and 6.4 I think an auditlog widget would be a great addition. With of course the same set of filters we have on the main page.

Combining this with the Scheduled PDF reports on the dashboards we can create automated Zabbix audit reports as well.
