Add possibility to specify exact media for Scheduled reports

      For now you can only specify User or User group for scheduled report.

      But some users can have more than one media with Email type. Thus Scheduled report will send emails to all email addresses for one user.

      It will be nice if it will be possible to specify exact media as it did in Notification section.
