All problems from different tools and zabbix are forwarded to one central plateform 'Monitoring system' for NOC team to action.

When a warning severity alert triggers an action script is execute and forward alerts to 'Monitoring system', later for the same problem when a Critical/Disaster severity alert triggers its again forwarded to 'Monitoring system'. This is causing duplication of same problem with different severity and dependencies in case of an umbrella monitoring, since Zabbix suppresses Warning issue without any action taken.
