It would be nice to be able to assign priorities, or weights to HA nodes.

In our case we have two nodes in one datacenter and another node in an DR datacenter. While all three are connected as a cluster we don't ever want have the DR site be elected as an active node so we end up having to shutdown the services and disable them.

With weight priorities we could make sure the server is always apart of the cluster, but never used unless we have a full datacenter failure.
