I would like to request something which can limit the accepted data to zabbix trapper. Something like currently available whitelist for IP/DNS but for controlling the data flow.

Reason for that is ... a user can create a custom script which we can't control but we would like to prevent overloading of zabbix server/proxy by setting a trapper flow limit,
like accept 1 value per minute... or 5 values per 2 minutes... or something similar.
