Would it be possible to set the rsync permissions on repo.zabbix.com to world readable?

Typical mirrors use different users for syncing and hosting the content while using rsync with --perms. (OpenSUSE example), (Fedora example)

While i can work around the issue by setting permissions manually, the change upstream would simplify syncing, have the zabbix repo behave like every other rsync mirror for linux distros and their packages and make it easier to host the packages with a webserver.
