It would be nice to extend the JAVA script objects with Zabbix sender funcionality.

Then in for example "Script item" you can do one request to API for all hosts and distribute the data to corresponding host. in lots of case you can do it in parallel on each host because you have a problem with rate limit.

This would be very nice to have feature... Now it is pretty easy to do it in out of zabbix, but it would be nice to have it included in zabbix.
